eFormPrime PHP Script
You can have many forms on your site - all providing different parameters. But the best part, there are only 2 actual form pages - one for the forms to download a product and one for requesting a special code for download. Pages are created dynamically from the parameters you supply in your config file.

Parameters
You input each product, assigning a number, Name, file download, Price and code.
For example:

The product above is product #1 as indicated with the array:

Each product you link to simply changes the file number at the end. YOu can have as many products as you wish.

'FILE' Parameter
The file for download in the example is is text_generic.zip. This format is a ZIP format, however you can choose any type of format you wish -
Word doc - .doc
Text File - .txt
PDF File - .pdf
Possible products can be your current newsletter, whitepaper, how-to ebook, templates, graphics, any electronic product you can think of.
'NAME' Parameter
Naming your product is important, as it is listed in the email sent to the customer. It helps them "remember" what they have purchased or free product they asked for. It also lists in your download csv file, so you can determine what products are popular and what are not.

'PRICE' Parameter
For free eDownloads - set the price to 0.00; for ones with a cost - simply place in a price; such as

'ENABLE_CODES' Parameter
This is a powerful parameter. It can weed out tire-kickers and also help track your advertising. For example, at the Affiliate Summit - TicTac mints were given out with a special Random code. This code was time limited to 30 days and could only be used one time. If the recipient of the mints chose to share his code - he ran the risk of losing the special download. Once the Random code is used, it couldn't be used again.
Random Codes can be of any length you choose - 4, 10, 20 characters - you set the length. You Generate codes in the admin section.
Generic Codes are unlimited, but can be used in the same way as Random. If you run an article in a magazine and want to track the conversion - assign a special incentive for those who read the magazine with a special code. Different generic codes for different mediums [newspaper, magazine, e-zine] will enable you to track what form of advertising converts the best.
Also, you can assign a special discount on your product with codes.

Setting the Code
'ENABLE_CODES' => 0, - no codes required for download
'ENABLE_CODES' => 1, - special code required for download of product.
Even if the product is free - requesting a special code will help you in tracking your advertising campaigns.
